We want you to be happy, so we will do everything we can to bring your transaction to a satisfactory outcome. We will keep in touch and keep you informed every step of the way.

A lot of care is taken to describe each item accurately and to avoid disappointment. We will never knowingly mislead you about any of our products and we always welcome your questions and/or opinions. If, despite this, you think you may have been miss-sold an item, or even if you've simply changed your mind, please contact us straight away to arrange return and full refund of your purchase (you are responsible for the postage costs).

All pieces are lovingly created by hand, we pay a lot of attention to detail to ensure you're buying a quality item made with quality materials. In the (unlikely) event of an item proving to be faulty, we will ask for a picture of the fault, this may enable us to improve a design and will back up your complaint. If the item is found to be faulty, you will receive either a refund or replacement (whichever you choose).

However, we cannot/will not be responsible for items that have been broken by the wearer, either accidentally or deliberately.

PAYMENT

We prefer payments by Paypal or Postal Orders and regret that cheques can only be accepted on orders of £5.00 or more. (Please make cheques/Postal orders payable to Eleanor Robinson)

You should also be aware that your item(s) will not be despatched until your payment has been received, processed and has cleared.

DESPATCH, POSTAGE & PACKAGING DETAILS

Each item comes on a decorative, Designs by Eleanor display card, in a cellophane sealed bag and individually bubble wrapped.

Items are despatched Monday to Friday, usually between 14:00 and 15:00 via Royal Mail 1st Class and always with proof of postage.

If your parcel doesn't arrive within a few days, please contact us. Although Royal Mail ask for 15 clear days before placing a claim for lost parcels, we'd appreciate the heads-up sooner.

If you are in the UK and would like your item sent Recorded Delivery, this will increase the postage and packing costs by 75p. Please contact us so that we can revise your invoice before you pay.

THE ALL IMPORTANT EBAY FEEDBACK!

We will leave feedback in eBay once we know your purchase has arrived safely in your hands and you're happy. If you'd prefer not to be the 1st to leave feedback that's fine by us, you can email us to let us know you're pleased and we'll leave feedback for you in response.
